Delivery/Shipping of Golf Spikes & Golf Cleats
We will in most cases for U.K Spikes and Cleats orders ship your parcel Royal Mail 24/48 which is typically a 3–4-day service depending on your exact location.
There is a flat rate of £2.95 for all U.K Spikes/Cleat and Golf Equipment orders under £30.00.
(Note this increases to a flat rate of £5.95 if your order is valued between £30.00-£99.00.
Orders over £99.00 have a flat rate of £9.95. All order values exclude delivery charges.
We aim to get all orders processed and shipped within 24hrs of payment being confirmed (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).
Delivery/Shipping of Golf Equipment / Overseas and International Orders
For orders that contain product from our Golf Equipment categories your order may be a split delivery depending on the product or products you have ordered. Larger items such as golf trolleys and golf bags or items that are located in a different warehouse may arrive separately in some or most circumstances. Please check your delivery note which will show split delivery orders.
We DO NOT offer a collection service currently.
Important Note: We DO NOT currently ship any Golf Equipment EXCEPT Golf Spikes, Golf Cleats and Golf Cleat accessories outside of the U.K – If you are located outside the U.K it will not be possible to complete checkout. If you are outside the U.K and want to purchase something from our Golf Equipment section please email us and we can offer a quote for shipping.
Our Couriers and Royal Mail do not collect or deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, however Royal Mail and some Couriers do deliver on Saturdays in the majority of areas but at their own discretion.
Golf Spikes and Golf Cleat orders received before midday on weekdays are usually shipped the same day using Royal Mail which is typically a 3-4 days service. (Please note due to strike action and seasonal deliveries, some delivery times can vary depending on your area and the performance of your local sorting office or courier).
Golf Equipment orders (orders that contain product from the Golf Equipment category) are sometimes and in a lot of cases shipped from a separate location so you may receive more than one delivery and additional tracking numbers. For larger items shipped from different locations such as Golf Trolleys and Golf Bags we use either DPD, or DHL or UPS.
Collection from us is currently unavailable and all orders must be made online or over the telephone with our sales team.

Certain locations Overseas or International may re-calculate postage costs for more remote or difficult locations. Costs will appear on screen so you know what the postage cost will be prior to checking out.
Import Duties will or may be payable by you for Overseas and International orders outside of the E.U. Some duties may also apply within the U.K. Please make the payment to the courier or customs tax office if you are asked to do so in order for you to have your items released by customs. Please ensure and confirm you are dealing with the correct authorities before paying any duties or money out for your delivery. Never pay the driver or any person outside of the customs office or courier company. We are not liable for any incorrect payments you make. If you are unsure then please ask them for verification.
Note if you do not pay the duties and items are returned to the U.K you may be liable for any costs incurred by us for the return postage.
To help the eco system we will in most cases send golf spikes and cleats without plastic retail packaging in order to help reduce single use plastic and help support our environment and eco systems – we appreciate your support with this.
(Please note we take every safety precaution when picking and packing your order to ensure all orders are delivered to you in perfect condition. Any damage to packaging must be notified to us immediately.
If your order has not arrived with 5 working days of placing your order, please feel free to contact us via the ‘contact us’ page providing your name, email address, contact number and order number and one of our team will update you within 24hrs regarding your order status and tracking information.
